     " I would like to take a moment to thank your representative for a most pleasurable visit and customer care, concern, and treatment. We recently broke down just north of flint and had our vehicle towed to your facility. I spent the night across the hotel across the street at the hotel and waited for service to open first thing Monday morning.

     Promptly at 7:30 Greg took me into the office and began the proceedings to get my vehicle in for repair. By 10:30 I was back in my vehicle and on my way home to Canada.
